Today has been a lovely and restful day. The believers here in Lighted Way Tauranga are all very gracious and delightful! We are staying in the home of a precious fellow brother in the faith, Bernard. For those of you in Prophecy Club and in the Torah Class, these folks are part of those online classes, but watch the recordings later, due to being over the dateline and 16 hours ahead of us in Oregon.

We asked Bernard how he came to be a Torah-keeper. He shared that he was first invited to come to a Feast by Belinda McCallion's father (who has been laid to rest, awaiting the Resurrection morning). Belinda's dad invited Bernard to come to his first Feast, with Lighted Way Tauranga, back in 2015. Bernard has been faithfully keeping the Feasts ever since - in fact, often the local Sabbath gatherings and Feast gatherings are at Bernard's home. You'll see why when you look at the lovely pictures of Bernard's lush garden! Everything is so beautiful.

This morning Bernard took us to a nearby park to meet Matt and see his coffee shop. Matt is a lovely man who lost his job due to rejecting the "jab" during the mandates. He was out of work for only 6 weeks, before he opened this cute coffee shop in the park. Matt is thriving, which we were happy to see, for a brave person, standing for right, despite consequences. We fellowshipped with Matt and his lovely team for a few minutes.

Mark has just come down with a sore throat and his body is trying to get sick. At the coffee shop, he ordered an immune system boosting drink, which was just what the doctor ordered - naturally speaking.

And as we sipped our lovely drinks, we wandered with Bernard through the forest trails out to a beautiful waterfall. It was the perfect and restful day.

This afternoon, we prepared for our upcoming trip out to Manaia. We'll be giving four talks in a rented hall there on Sabbath (3 talks), October 21 and Sunday, October 22. We also have several appointments for prayer and personal ministry during this time away.

We will be leaving for Manaia early in the morning (tomorrow is Friday), as it is a bit of a drive from here.
